Enemy Bros. Attacks
Some enemies are capable of using moves similar to Bros. Attacks by pairing up with others.

|align="center"|Popple and Rookie introduce their newly-created Bros. Attacks during their second fight in the Woohoo Hooniversity basement. The first has Rookie throw Popple high into the air, jumping up with him, then catching and piledriving him into the ground to create multiple shock waves. The latter is Rookie burning Popple with his Fire Breath and throwing him like a burning missile. The first attack can be avoided by Jumping, while the other attack can be counterattacked with the Hammer.

|align="center"|Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
|align="center"|Birdo inhales Popple (against his will) and spits out four large eggs, one of which contains Popple. Each turn, the eggs will roll into a bro, which must be counterattacked with a Hammer. As the eggs take damage, they crack and break open revealing their contents - the Mario Bros. must destroy the egg Popple is in, but have no indication of which they must target. Breaking the wrong egg results in a Bob-omb ambushing the bro, though it can be jumped over. Breaking Popple's egg ends the attack, as Popple smashes the remaining eggs and returns to his position.

|align="center"|The Monolift will set down its rocks to hold the Grumbell instead. As it lifts the Grumbell over its head, the Monolift will twitch its eye to indicate which bro it is targeting. After a few reps, the Monolift throws the Grumbell at the intended target. It can be avoided with a Jump, damaging both enemies by having the Grumbell crash into the Monolift. This attack only happens if there is only one Monolift and one Grumbell on the field, with no other enemies besides them. It counts as the Grumbell's attack.

|align="center"|The standard Ninji folds the Paper Ninji into a shuriken, and throws them at one of the bros. It can be Jumped over.
