Blunder is a member of the Brothers Bear who appears in the game Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! Blunder resides in a booth located to the west of Kremwood Forest. His name refers to the act of blundering, as Blunder unintentionally reveals information about the Lost World. Unlike the other members of the Brothers Bear, Blunder has nothing to trade to the Kongs.
Blunder is a member of the Brothers Bear in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! He is located in his booth in the Northern Kremisphere world map, west of Kremwood Forest. His name refers to the act of blundering, as Blunder unintentionally reveals information about the Lost World, Krematoa. Unlike most of the other Brothers Bear, Blunder does not have any item that he trades to the Kongs, and since he only provides hints and clues to Dixie and Kiddy Kong, visiting him is not a requirement.

General information
Although visiting Blunder is completely optional for Dixie Kong and Kiddy Kong, he accidentally reveals to them that the Lost World does exist, but doesn't tell them how to find it. However, as the Kongs progress throughout their journey, he slowly reveals clues about how to find the Lost World. Once the Kongs defeat Baron K. Roolenstein at Kastle KAOS, Blunder flat out reveals how to find the Lost World.
Physical appearance
Blunder has the appearance of an ordinary, brown-furred Brother Bear; he only wears a red bow attached to a yellow necklace (or a red necklace in the Dixie Kong's Photo Album photograph). In the Game Boy Advance version, Blunder was redesigned to have the appearance of a librarian, sporting a pair of glasses and an orange coat. As a result, his location was redesigned as a library.

Personality
Once the Kongs reveal the Lost World, also known as Krematoa, Blunder says it is no big deal that they found it and gives the credit to himself for helping the Kongs find it. However, if the Kongs manage to find it without his help, he assumes that the Kongs looked it up in the Player's Guide, and confesses that he did himself. This is an act of breaking the fourth wall.
Blunder is slightly arrogant and acts as if he is smarter than the Kongs. Early in their adventure, Blunder reveals to the Kongs about the Lost World's existence but does not tell them how to find it. As the Kongs go farther into their adventure, Blunder slowly reveals more details regarding the Lost World, Krematoa. When Dixie and Kiddy defeat Baron K. Roolenstein at Kastle Kaos, the Kongs can directly receive information from Blunder on where the Lost World is, stating if they "ever think of circling the rocks". When the Kongs reveal Krematoa, Blunder believes it to be no big deal and credits himself for helping them find it. If the Kongs manage to find Krematoa without talking to Blunder, he breaks the fourth wall, assuming that the Kongs used the Nintendo Power guide, which Blunder confesses to have done himself.
