The '''Burt Brothers''', also called the '''Big Burt Bros.''' in their [[Castle of the Big Burt Bros.|stage name]], are two normal [[Burt]]s who are magically transformed by [[Kamek]] into gigantic Burts during the events of ''[[Yoshi's Island DS]]''. [[Yellow Yoshi]] has to beat the Burt Brothers to continue the [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshi clan]]'s journey to save [[Baby Luigi]] and the rest of the babies.

Although giant-sized, the Burt Brothers act just like regular Burts. The two hop on top of each other, then jump off, hoping to stomp the Yellow Yoshi. During the battle, the Yoshi must attack the Burt Brothers by throwing eggs at either one, hurting them both at the same time. After a few [[Yoshi Egg]] hits, the Burt Brothers are defeated in the same fashion as their larger relative, [[Burt the Bashful]].
