The musical theme of Bianco Hills is similar to those of [[Gelato Beach]], [[Delfino Plaza]], and [[Ricco Harbor]]; like the music from Gelato Beach and Ricco Harbor, it is an arrangement of the Delfino Plaza theme in the key of C major. However, it is in the style of European folk music, with prominent use of clarinet, flute, and oboe, accompanied by tambourine, castanets, and harp. It was composed by [[Koji Kondo]].
